Once your package is handed over to the United States Postal Service (USPS) and a tracking number is issued, ownership and responsibility for the delivery transfer to the carrier. We are not legally liable for USPS shipping delays, weather disruptions, incorrect addresses provided by the buyer, or lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages. In the rare event that an item is marked as delivered by USPS but you have not received it, you must file a claim directly with your local post office.
